Industry feedback window remains open until 18 March following publication of draft framework from 2 February.
ETS Connect UK held its first Consultative Committee meeting this week, marking an important step in the collaborative development of the UK bond Consolidated Tape (CT).
The Committee brings together representatives from across the market to provide input on the development and implementation of the UK bond CT, supporting transparency and ensuring the service reflects the needs of market participants.
The majority of the draft documentation supporting the UK bond CT framework, including user contracts and all contributor documentation, was published on or before 2 February 2026 to provide early visibility to market participants preparing to connect to and participate in the service.
Two additional technical documents relating to user connectivity were subsequently published on 3 March 2026, providing further detail on technical specifications and rules of engagement for users.
During this week’s meeting, Committee members reviewed the documentation and provided feedback as part of the ongoing governance process for finalisation of the documentation.
Call for additional stakeholder feedback
The window for the broader stakeholder community to provide feedback on the draft documents remains open until 18 March at 12:00pm GMT.
Market participants are encouraged to review the materials and submit any comments before this deadline to ensure their views can be considered as part of the finalisation process. The Board will review feedback from the Committee and wider industry on 19 March as part of the finalisation process for the contractual and technical framework.
Final versions of all documentation are scheduled to be published on 31 March 2026.
The draft documents and further information are available via ETS Connect UK.
